Cancellation Policy

• In case you cancel your reservation for a Flexible rate 21 days before the arrival date, the cancellation is free. In case you cancel your stay within 21 days before your arrival at Agni Suites, you will be charged 50% of the total cost of your stay, which has already been paid.
• If for any reason, you decide to end your stay before the predetermined departure date, you are required to pay the total cost of the planned stay, according to the provisions of the law. In case you cancel your reservation for a Non-refundable rate, the guest will be charged the total price of the reservation regardless of when they cancel.
