Booking Policy

• If you choose the dates of stay with a Flexible rate, you have the option of free cancellation 21 days before your arrival at Agni Suites. A deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay is required. The remaining 50% of the accommodation cost is to be paid upon arrival during the check-in process.
• If you choose the dates for a Non-refundable rate, the guest will be charged the total price of the reservation regardless of when they cancel and must prepay the total price of the reservation at any time.
• If the guest does not show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation. If for any reason, you decide to end your stay before the predetermined departure date, you are required to pay the total cost of the planned stay, according to the provisions of the law.
